Michelle has 23 years law enforcement experience; 18 years for Flower Mound Police Department, and is currently a Mental Health Coordinator/Detective. She graduated from Midwestern State University with a BA in Criminal Justice, has a Master TCOLE Peace Officer License, is a TCOLE Instructor, Peer Support Team Coordinator, Traffic Accident Investigator, Crime Prevention Specialist, and CIT Coordinator.
