Virtual support groups are conducted through the utilization of Zoom conferencing software. 

Registration is required for all online support groups. However, no registration is required for in-person support groups. If your group is being held virtually, the confirmation email will contain log-in instructions for your group. You can connect via computer, telephone app or by dialing the phone number and entering the passcode when prompted.  The phone number and passcode will be included in your confirmation email.

Support groups roughly have 5 to 15 participants.

Please join the group at the scheduled time.  If you are late joining your group, the facilitator has the right to deny entry. This goes for both in-person and virtual groups.
