Heather Bianchi, M.A., BCBA, LBA is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst who currently serves as Executive Vice President for Behavioral Transformations – a company that provides ABA therapy, Speech Therapy, and Counseling primarily for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder across seven clinics in Rockwall and Kaufman County.
Heather is committed to educating the community about ASD and has held trainings for search and rescue teams, first responders, and police departments in Rockwall and surrounding areas. She is also passionate about educating families on insurance and funding requirements to help their children receive medically necessary services that may have been otherwise unavailable to them.Heather graduated from the University of Texas in Tyler with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with the intent on becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. However, after working in a clinic that provided ABA therapy, she continued her education through the Florida Institute of Technology that ultimately led to her becoming a BCBA, where she has worked with children and adults with autism as well as other diagnoses. She is a member of the Association of Behavior Analysts and the Texas Association of Behavior Analysts.
